at the last time i was at Disney (about a week ago) there were no meal tickets. the only thing i found similar to that were two things. one was a promotion that they had at animal kingdom where you paid a set price for lunch, snack and drink. it was less expensive than paying for them separately. but i don’t think it is being run at this time. the other is an option that when you buy a vacation package with Disney (hotel, park entrance, etc.) you can pre pay for your meals.
other than that i saw no type of meal tickets or vouchers. meals vary in price by type of restaurant and food options. if you want to know what the prices are like you can go to www.allearsnet.com and get sample menus and prices. however, as summer is starting menu items and prices can change at this time. hope that helps.
